These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all services, features and activities available on the taka win platform. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of approval. There may be slight delays during busy periods or due to the verification process. If any irregularity is suspected, taka win may temporarily hold a withdrawal.

3.4 Payment Account Ownership

The mobile financial account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Transactions through third-party accounts are not accepted and may be cancelled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered). A bonus is never "free" money — it can be withdrawn only after the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Other Promotions

taka win offers various special promotions from time to time, such as weekly reload bonuses, slots festival bonuses and cricket field rewards. Each offer has its own terms, wagering requirements and validity period — read the details on the relevant promotion page.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member abuses the bonus system — for example by claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through coordinated or low-risk bets — taka win may cancel those bonuses and close the account.

5.1 Game Software and Results

taka win's casino games are developed by reputable software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and others. Each game's outcome is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be predicted in advance. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded.

5.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the official result of the event will be considered final. If a match is abandoned or no official result is determined, bets will be cancelled and funds refunded. taka win reserves the right to review any bets placed during technical issues in live betting.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: placing bets using automated software or bots; attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other members; deliberately exploiting any game vulnerability or technical error.

taka win's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback on the week's net losses
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback on the week's net losses
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback on the week's net losses
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback on the week's net losses

Example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a given week will receive up to ৳180 cashback (৳20,000 × 0.9%). VIP tier upgrades depend on activity and regular participation. taka win reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time.

7.1 taka win's Authority

taka win may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following situations: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity; provision of false identity or information; suspected money laundering; misuse of a third-party account.

7.2 Closure at Member's Request
